Liberia is a country in Africa situated to the west coast of the continent. The capital and largest city is Monrovia. English is the official language spoken in this country. The country shares borders with Sierra Leone, Guinea and to the west by Atlantic Ocean. The country got its independence from United States on July 26, 1847. Ellen Johnson is the president of the country. The total area of the country is forty three thousand square miles. The country experiences most rain in summer season and harmattan winds in parched season. It has total population of 3,489,072 which is 129th largest in the world.

The Indian state of Rajasthan has Jaipur as its capital city. The Sobriquet of ‘Pink City’ has been bestowed upon this city, for its beauty. Jaipur was erstwhile referred to as Jeypore. This city was founded in the 18th century. Jaipur is notable for its palaces and monuments, among which notable are the Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar.

Ashok Parnami is the Mayor of this city. The city has been built with extensive planning and precision. A lot of thought has gone into the construction aspect, while structuring Jaipur. A Semi-Arid climate prevails in this city. Tourism is one of the strong points of Jaipur.
