A budding tennis champ

Somdev Dev varman is certainly a budding tennis champ and he has a bright future ahead. An Indian by origin, Somdev currently resides in USA. He brought attention by recently winning the NCAA championships. His parents are from Indian origin. He has once again proved his prowess in the ongoing Chennai open championships. He beat Carlos Moya and found himself a place in the semis. With all eyes on Somdev, let us hope this young lad brings laurels for India in the future. Here is wishing the champ all the best for his future games!

Keep yourself busy and be happy

“Idle mind is devil’s workshop” is 100% true and I have realized this personally. When I was jobless for six months, my mind was filled with unwanted things and I had unnecessary fears. And it is very much difficult to control thoughts, since I don’t have any other jobs to do. I have become lazy and I face has become clumsy. Now I got a job. The job is very busy, but I am very comfortable and easy than before. Make life simple, by keeping yourself very busy. But please note that physical rest is also equally important. Over work can also harm your health.

The Indian state of Rajasthan has Jaipur as its capital city. The Sobriquet of ‘Pink City’ has been bestowed upon this city, for its beauty. Jaipur was erstwhile referred to as Jeypore. This city was founded in the 18th century. Jaipur is notable for its palaces and monuments, among which notable are the Hawa Mahal and Jantar Mantar.

Ashok Parnami is the Mayor of this city. The city has been built with extensive planning and precision. A lot of thought has gone into the construction aspect, while structuring Jaipur. A Semi-Arid climate prevails in this city. Tourism is one of the strong points of Jaipur.

Five Whites – to be avoided

There are five white food substances, which have to be avoided. They are sugar, salt, maize, rice and milk. Dietician says that if a person consumes less or avoid those five things, he can lead a healthy life. Sugar is mainly added for taste and it doesn’t have any nutritional value. Salt is essential but it is advised to take it very less, since it can be reason for high blood pressure. Maize is another which has to be avoided. Rice has too much of carbohydrates, which is not good for health. Milk should not be consumed frequently as it contains. Person above fifty years are advised to avoid those substances.

Morphea Scleroderma

Scleroderma means hardening of skin. Morphea scleroderma is the localized scleroderma which affects only the skin and not the internal organs. The exact causes for this disease is not known but presence of excess collagen, a protein is considered to be a possible reason. Collagen is essentail for scarring that healing of wounds, and when it is found in excess it gets deposited on the skin, leading to thickening and hardening of skin. Skin rashs, muscle and joint pain and sometimes even high blood pressure is seen in person having scleroderma. It cannot be cured completely, however with proper medication it can be controlled. Aspirin,antacid, steroids, blood pressure medication, etc are used to treat this disease.
